"I’ve been with CMS for four years and have grown tremendously with the help of the company. I started as an ABA therapist with minimal experience. Not only did I receive adequate training, I was continually supported by all staff members throughout my first year. I fell in love with the field, the population, and was inspired. With the help of CMS, I was able to obtain hours and supervision for my own pursuing of a BCBA certification. Throughout graduate school, our scheduling coordinator extended great flexibility and understanding with my hectic schedule. A few years later, I made it. I’m a BCBA, working my dream job with the most amazing children and families. Our team is strong, positive, and compassionate. Our hearts are in our day to day practice and the progress of our kiddos is the most rewarding part of it all!"

When I started at CMS I barely knew what autism was. CMS not only gave me the chance to learn about autism but it also allowed me to find my passion for working with children on the Autism Spectrum. At CMS I have been able to grow not only as a person but also as a professional and have found complete joy watching and learning from every single therapist and child I’ve crossed paths with. From initial assessments, to starting a child on their ABA journey, to helping therapists grow and learn in this field, and building lasting relationships with all of the families I've worked with has truly been some of the most rewarding things I've ever been able to do.

“If I had to describe what working at CMS is like in 3 words, I would say: fun, compassionate, clinical. Every day we share laughs between our colleagues, clients, and families. Not a day goes by where I don’t have some type of fun at work! We are compassionate, as client dignity is at the forefront of what we do. Working so closely with families reminds me every day that you really never know what someone else is going through, and I am proud to say we provide compassionate care. And we are clinical- in my 4 years at CMS I have gone from therapist, to staff trainer, to a clinical supervisor. I have learned SO much along the way. One of the best parts of our team dynamic at CMS is how much we all learn from and support each other. I love my job, I love my team, and I love this company!”

As someone who has “dipped their feet” in many parts of the field, I am grateful to have found my home at CMS 4 years ago. I strongly feel as though I have learned and grown not only professionally, but personally throughout my time working here. We are fortunate to have the most dedicated and supportive clinical staff who go above and beyond to always be there to make us feel heard. If I had to choose one word that comes to mind when I think of CMS it would be “team.” We are truly a community of individuals working together with the same purpose, which is to deliver the absolute best services/treatment for the kiddos that we serve. I have built some of my most valuable relationships with colleagues and families. I leave work every day feeling like I have truly made a difference.
